CAPTAIN’S LANDING BICYCLE RENTAL AGREEMENT
This is a Rental Agreement between Captain’s Landing, SL, LLC, and the below named lessee for bicycle(s). The lessee of the rented bicycle(s) acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions of operation and responsibility:
The undersigned individuals agree they are responsible for the care and return of the number of bikes signed for in good condition and that failure to return subject bikes in original condition may subject them to fees up to $100 for damaged or $200 for missing bikes.
Bikes should be ridden with the same rules of the road as an auto with hand signals for turns. Bikes can be ridden TO the beach but not ON the beach.
All bikes must be locked when not in use. Return all bike lock keys to Captain’s Landing Office at the end of your rental time, or leave keys in room if it is at the end of your stay.
All bikes should not be ridden after dark for safety reasons.
The undersigned guest or guests acting as the responsible person for the reserving party agrees to hold Captain’s Landing Hotel SL, LLC, harmless for bodily injury accidents or any other liability associated with or while operating bicycle equipment provided by Captain’s Landing Hotel SL, LLC.
A facsimile transmission of this Agreement shall be as valid as if the original; and, if applicable, the undersigned hereby stipulate that each signature hereon shall be deemed to be an “electronic signature” within the meaning of the Uniformed Electronic Signature Act, O.C.G.A $ l0-12-1, et.seq.
